We guide you through supported brokerage connectivity, platform configuration, scorecards, and the controls for strategies you independently select. Once your Discovery Assessment has been completed, you'll meet privately with your dedicated Private Client Success Manager. During this session we'll:
- Walk you through the ACS technology and marketplace
- Guide you through connecting your supported brokerage account through the applicable third-party infrastructure
- Guide you through the technology configuration process
- Demonstrate how the Strategy Marketplace works
- Explain available strategy analytics
- Show you how to evaluate historical performance information

No technical experience is required. We'll personally guide you through every step of the onboarding process.

30-day client review
We review your setup experience, answer questions, and help with areas that need further explanation. Approximately 30 days after onboarding, we'll schedule your first Private Client Review. Together we'll discuss:

If you would like to reconsider strategies you previously selected, our team can provide additional marketplace information, strategy analytics, education, and platform assistance to help you independently evaluate the alternatives available to you. All decisions regarding strategy selection, allocation, activation, or deactivation remain solely yours.
60-day client experience review
We review your experience using the program and make sure you understand how to access ongoing assistance. After approximately 60 days, you'll meet with your Private Client Success Manager for your final structured onboarding session. Together we'll review:

- Educational resources
- Best practices for using the platform

By the end of this session, you'll have completed your structured onboarding experience and understand how to independently navigate and use the ACS marketplace.

Your relationship with Alpha Capital Syndicate doesn't end after onboarding. As an ACS member, you'll continue to have access to your dedicated Private Client Success Manager. Whether you have questions about the platform, want assistance navigating new marketplace features, need help understanding available strategy analytics, or would simply like additional guidance using the technology, our team is here to help.
Our ongoing support is focused on technology, marketplace education, analytics, and platform assistance. Investment decisions, strategy selections, capital allocations, and risk decisions remain solely with the member.

Tickblaze does not manage client funds, take custody of client trading capital, make investment decisions on behalf of clients, select strategies for clients, determine client capital allocations, or provide individualized investment advice.
Instead, Alpha Capital Syndicate provides technology access, education, onboarding assistance, performance analytics, and access to a marketplace of independently tracked trading strategies.
Members maintain complete control of their supported brokerage accounts and independently determine which strategies, if any, they wish to use, how much capital they wish to allocate, their applicable risk settings, and when strategies are activated or deactivated.
Brokerage connectivity, strategy-following, and automated trade execution functionality are provided through independent third-party infrastructure. Tickblaze does not execute trades or exercise discretionary authority over member brokerage accounts.

Apply for private client membership
Alpha Capital Syndicate is an application-only Private Client program. Every prospective member begins with a Private ACS Walkthrough to determine whether they understand the nature of the program and whether the ACS membership experience aligns with their expectations.
If accepted, you'll be assigned a dedicated Private Client Success Manager who will personally guide you through your onboarding experience, assist with platform setup, third-party brokerage connectivity, marketplace education, and provide ongoing support throughout your membership. Membership is intentionally limited to ensure every client receives the level of personalized service expected from a premium private client experience.
